FINANCIAL SERVICE GUIDE
A Financial Service Guide sets out the services that we offer you, how we and others are paid, how we manage any potential conflicts of interest, arrangements we have in place to compensate clients for losses, how you can access our internal and external complaints resolution processes.

A Target Market Determination (TMD) is a document that describes the type of customers a particular product is intended for based on their likely needs, objectives and financial situation. Importantly, it also describes which customers it is not intended for. The way in which the product can be sold, and how we will monitor the product to ensure it is continuing to add value for customers will also be outlined in the TMD.
